On together occurrences I simply got the royals on the river and so I’d been playing stretched before it came up as I hadn’t had a real hand and then no one would contest my small raises.

The primary royal flush was the original I’d ever had in over 6 years of playing poker and the second one happened tonight, a week and a half after the initial.

Yet the second one occurred after a fascinating night of fortune.

In a miniature online match of $.05/10 I was dealt jack 2 as somebody raised pre flop and j 2 off suit is a wink hand…lo and behold two ducks appeared on the flop followed by a jack on the river…exasperating but it has occurred to me before…

Conversely roughly 4 hands later I got dealt jack 2 offsuit once more…folded another time due to a preflop raise and jack 2 2 comes out on the flop….followed by a 2 on the river…completely gutted and resolute to play jack 2 next time I was dealt it.

I get dealt jh 2 and play it…10 q of hearts come up on the flop, no one raises… ace of hearts on the turn raise from my antagonist to 10c, I call and king of hearts comes up on the flop….I raise to 10c and my antagonist folds.

I’m entirely perplexed at my lack of assets from these hands!
